Arrow of Light / Bridging Ceremony
Pack 703

The Ceremony Team will be doing an Arrow of Light and Bridging ceremony for Pack 703.

Tuesday, March 10th, 2009

Arrive by 6:30 p.m to prepare for the ceremony.

Chabot Elementary School

19104 Lake Chabot Rd, Castro Valley, CA 94546

Corner of Christiansen and Lake Chabot Rd.

It is that time again, to gather together and do the ceremony that we promised to do. This will be fun because as a group, you have not gotten to do the complete ceremony of both AOL and Bridging for a pack yet this year. As you know, the ceremony is not very long, and this time, I will ask to borrow the fans from the Lodge Dance Team, to have to use with the booklets.

If you can please respond to me, and let me know that you will be there, it would be greatly appreciated

We do need a minimum of 3 boys to do the ceremony. We will need to be there again at 6:30 p.m. to decide who will do what part, and to give you time to practice and get in regalia. This site is easier to find, and almost all of you live in Castro Valley, so it should be easier for you to attend.

I look forward to seeing you there!

Please Note

If you can not attend, please let me know asap, so that we can get another youth from the village to cover for your spot, or if you know of someone from the village that would be able to do your part for you, please contact them, and also let me know of the change.

We did commit to this event, and the Pack for this event, rescheduled many times and is extremely excited that you boys chose to work with him on the changes, and are very much counting on us to do the ceremony.

Congradulations and Thanks

In regards to the last Ceremony that you did for the pack in Hayward a few fridays ago....

I wish to take a moment again, to thank those boys who participated in February, Hayden, Scott, Hans...you did a wonderful job, and the cub scout and parents that were apart of the ceremony were very thrilled with the ceremony. Also, the Cub master, wished to thank you all again for coming and being able to do this for them. Although due to illness, we had less boys for the ceremony, you all stood up to the challenge, and did such a great job, and I am personally very proud of you all.

I also wish to thank my Adult co-advisor, for the village, Jesse, for being there and helping, and the parents for supporting our boys and bringing them to the event.
